Privacy policy
Your data stays yours.
This policy explains what Sygrove AI collects, why we use it, and the controls available when you connect sales data, Google Workspace, HubSpot, or AI agents.
Effective August 25, 2026
1. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide, such as your name, email address, workspace settings, imported sales records, prospects, projects, meetings, deals, proposals, and customer information. We also collect operational records needed to run and secure the service, including agent jobs, approvals, audit events, connection status, and basic device or request diagnostics.
2. Google user data
When you choose to connect Google Workspace, Sygrove AI requests your basic Google identity information and permission to send Gmail messages and create Google Calendar events on your behalf. Sygrove AI uses this access only to identify the connected account, send a message you have approved, create a meeting or Google Meet link you have confirmed, and maintain the connection you requested.
Sygrove AI does not read your Gmail inbox, contacts, files, or calendar history through these permissions. Google access tokens are encrypted at rest, are not displayed to AI agents, and are exchanged server-side only when an approved action requires them.
Sygrove AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide the workspace, research and organize sales opportunities, generate requested AI assistance, execute actions you approve, synchronize connected systems, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability. Workspace data is scoped to the signed-in user and is supplied to specialist agents only when needed for the requested feature.
4. AI processing and automation
Sygrove AI may send the minimum relevant workspace context to configured AI providers or a private AI agent to complete a request. Tokens for Google and HubSpot are never placed in agent prompts. Actions that change records or interact with an external service are restricted to supported operations and are recorded in an audit trail; the product may require confirmation before execution.
5. When information is shared
We share information only with processors needed to operate Sygrove AI, such as hosting, database, AI, and connected-service providers, or when required by law, security, or the protection of users. We do not sell personal information. A connected service receives only the data necessary for the action you requested.
6. Security and retention
We use access controls, row-level database security, encrypted OAuth credentials, approval gates, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure. We retain workspace data while your account is active and as reasonably needed for service delivery, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. OAuth state records expire quickly; connection tokens are removed from active use when you disconnect an integration.
7. Your choices and deletion
You may disconnect Google Workspace or HubSpot from the Integrations page, which revokes or removes the stored connection credentials. You may also revoke Sygrove AI directly from your Google Account permissions. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your Sygrove AI account and associated data, email adebayodamilola@gmail.com from the address linked to your account.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide an appropriate notice for material changes. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to adebayodamilola@gmail.com.
